Four more arrested in gruesome Olympia murder case

Olympia Police Department detectives made four more arrests Tuesday in the murder investigation of 32-year-old Shaun Moore. The total number of people arrested in the case now stands at six.

Moore’s remains were found near railroad tracks near the intersection of Plum St and Union Ave, near downtown Olympia, in September. More information on the backstory can be found here.

Three of the four arrests made Tuesday were for Rendering Criminal Assistance 1st Degree, and one was for 2nd Degree Murder.

Two men were arrested earlier this month and charged with 2nd Degree Murder. All six suspects are being held in the Thurston County Jail. It is unclear if any more arrests will be made in the case.
